Going to a party or picnic? This delightful mozzarella cheese dip recipe goes well with raw vegetables, chips or crackers. Be sure to make this recipe well in advance to allow it to reach its full flavor potential!

Mozzarella Cheese Dip

  • 8 oz. mayonnaise regular or reduced-fat
  • 8 oz. sour cream regular or reduced-fat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese finely shredded
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. MSG


  1. Mix all ingredients together, folding the cheese in last. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
  2. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables, chips, crackers or pretzels.
