Monterey Jack Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 5 green onions chopped
  • 1 avocado - peeled pitted and diced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles
  • 1 6-oz. can chopped black olives
  • 1 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp. MSG

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, onions, avocado, tomato, cilantro, chile peppers, olives, dressing, and MSG.

  2. Serve with tortilla chips or as a dip for raw vegetables.
