Asian Chicken Salad Recipe
Easy peasy but oh-so-tasty, and perfect for a lighter, savory meal!

Ingredients
- 2 lean chicken breasts cooked and chopped
- 2 ounces toasted slivered almonds
- 1 package shredded cabbage mixture
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 package Ramen noodles (uncooked) chicken flavor
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon MSG Ac’cent® brand was used in this recipe.
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Mix all of the salad ingredients together.

For the dressing, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, Ac’cent®, pepper and salt in a jar or container with a lid. Shake vigorously until dressing is mixed well. Pour dressing over the salad, toss and serve.

Optional: top salad with mandarin orange slices.
